Set within Pullman Melbourne Albert Park, this one-night dining experience celebrates the region’s rich valleys, coastal air, and fertile farmlands through a carefully curated four-course menu by Executive Chef Garth Channing of Pullman Melbourne Albert Park and Executive Chef John Cooper of Carrajung Estate.

Each course showcases exceptional Gippsland produce, thoughtfully sourced and brought from valley to table, and paired with wines from Carrajung Estate—offering a true expression of regional Victoria in every plate and pour.
